OSZILOT is a mixture of sound installation and musical performance, consisting of oscillating everyday objects. The movements of these objects are translated into sound, generating shifting musical patterns. It is an ongoing experiment in which basic pendulum physics meet digital sound synthesis. I work on this project with Rolf Hellat.
The Schräg
"The Schräg" is a music album that grew out of sound experiments. Electronic sound sculptures, dreamy synthesizer paintings, mysterious digital blubbering... As record launch I did a video installation at VIDEOEX (Experimentalfilm Festival in Zürich) including sculptrures by Joshi Farnbauer.

Action Tweak
Action Tweak is a performance in which my body movements are translated into electronic sounds via sensors. The sensors are sewn into the gloves, belt and cap. The video above shows excerpts from various performances. The first excerpt shows an appearance during my civil service duty in a home for mentally handicapped women. I find I explain the concept of Action Tweak in this performance quite clearly. And I enjoy the reactions of the women :) More videos and explanations about the technical functionality here...
